Hello creative friends. I hope everyone is having a good week. My week has been going well. This week I have a few more Inktober drawings that I've completed and an art journal page I created in my new Dina Wakely Media journal I'm continuing to draw most nights for the Inktober challenge and enjoying the process. I also love seeing what everyone else is drawing. Here are some more of the Inktober drawings that I've created.
I also have an art journal page I've created using my new Dina Wakley #ShowUsYourMedia kit with the Dina Wakley Media Journal, Dina Wakley paints and Dina Wakely Collage Media papers; And I also used Black Gesso, Golden Matte Medium and Posca Paint pens to complete this page. Here are pictures of the art journal page I created.
And here is the video showing how I created this page.
I'm having a lot of fun with Inktober and want to continue to drawing on a regular basis after it ends. Maybe not every night, but at least a couple of nights a week. And I am having fun playing with my Dina Wakley media kit and creating journal pages is this little journal. Thank you for stopping by and watching my video. Until next time, Happy Creating.
Hello creative friends. I hope everyone is having a good week. My week is very busy. Hello creative friends. I hope everyone is having a good week. My week is going well. This week I have more Intober drawings that I completed and some ATC cards I created. I am still doing a drawing a day for inktober and starting to feel the mid-month slump. Here are the drawings I've completed so far this past week.
I am trying not to get burned out and not finish, but I know that I will miss some days since I have some things coming up that will take up my time after work until late. But that's ok, there's nothing saying you have to complete a drawing every day. I'm not going to put pressure on myself and if I don't have time then I won't worry about it.
I also have some ATC cards that I made. I didn't know what to do and wanted to do something creative, so I thought I would make some ATC cards. I used some pre-made ATCs and some blank white and black ATC cards to make these. I also used a lot of different products in my stash and techniques to make these. Here are pictures of the cards I made.
And here is a video showing how I made these cards.
I really enjoyed making these cards and plan to make more. And I'm planning to continue with inktober and doing my drawings as much as I can. Thank you for stopping by and watching my video. I hope you have a great week. Until next time, Happy Creating.
Hello creative friends. I hope everyone is having a great week. My week has been going well. This weekend I created a video showing some new art supplies I purchased, showing my Inktober drawings so far and showing a journal page I created for the October #ShowUsYourMEdia challenge. I am participating in Inktober again this year and decided to do animal drawings again, but also wanted to add color to some of the drawings. Here are pictures of my Inktober drawings I've done so far.
And I'm so excited, I won the September #ShowUsYourMEdia challenge on facebook for the art journal page I created for the September challenge.
And finally, I created an art journal page for the October #ShowUsYourMEdia challenge. I got inspiration from Dina Wakley Collage Media and created an art journal page using my new Dina Wakely scribble sticks, some acrylic paints, stencils, Posca paint pens, Dina Wakley Collage papers and a tag from my stash I made some time ago. Here is a picture of the art journal page I created for the October challenge.
And here is the video I created showing what new supplies I bought, my Inktober drawings so far and how I created this art journal page.
I had fun creating this art journal page and love how it turned out. I'm also having fun creating drawings for Inktober and will do a flip through of all my drawings at the end of October. Thank you for stopping by and watching my video. Until next time, Happy Creating.
Hello creative friends. I hope everyone is having a good week. This week has been busy for me. This week I have a drawing that I did for Inktober2019 and an art journal page that I created in my Dine Wakley Media journal. For Inktober2019 I decided to draw animals again, but this time to add color. And for anyone who doesn't know what Inktober is, it is where you create a drawing for each day of October. Here is the drawing I did for Inktober this year.
And for the art journal page I created I used one of the burlap pages and used modeling paste, Dina Wakley Collage media, dy-cuts, acrylic paint, Arteza watercolor paint pens, a china marker, tags, quotes and ephemera from my stash. Here is a picture of the art journal page I created.
And here is the video showing how I created this page.
I'm off to a good start for Inktober2019 and I had fun creating this art journal page. Are you participating in Inktober this year? This is my second year participating. I hope everyone has a good week. Until next time, Happy Creating.
