Impossible to Fail Art Journal Page

Hello creative friends.  I hope everyone is having a good week.  My week is going well.  I create another art journal page in my Dina Wakley mixed media journal using acrylic paint, ink, stencils, stamping, paint pens and ephemera from my stash.  I covered the page with tan acrylic paint.  I used a stencil and an ink pad to add text to the background.  I stamped an image on the page.  I used a stencil and a paint pen to add a border and arrows to the page. I stamped an arrow on a text page and added that to my page.  And I added a couple of quotes from my stash.  Here is a picture of the art journal page I created.

And here is the video showing an art haul of supplies I just got and how I created this page.
I really like the way this art journal page turned out and had a lot of fun creating it.  Thank you for stopping by and watching my video.  Until next time, Happy creating.

Never Too Much Happy Art Journal Page

Hello creative friends.  I hope everyone is have a good week.  My week is going well.  This week I have another art journal page I created in my Dina Wakley media journal.  This journal page was created on one of the canvas pages.  I used ink pads and stencils to add color and shapes to the page.  I then added dy-cuts to the page and colored them with my Arteza markers,  I then added a quote to the page and traced around the quote and boarder with the markers. Here is a picture of the art journal page I created.
And here is the video showing how I created this page.
I really like the way this page turned out and I had a lot of fun creating it.  Thank you for stopping by and watching my video.  Until next time, Happy Creating.

Art Haul & Art Journal Page Look Beyond Imperfections

Hello creative friends.  I hope everyone is having a good week.  My week is going well.  This week I have some new supplies I bought and an art journal page I created.  I bought some new brushes for use with my ink pads and I bought a couple of new zig-zag journals.  I also create an art journal page in my Dina Wakley mixed media journal using acrylic paint, dy-cuts, stencils, paint pens, Staz-on ink pads, Arteza watercolor brush pens and a quote from my stash.  I painted the page with acrylic paint and then used stencils to add some pattern to the background and a boarder.  I then added my dy-cuts and colored them with my Arteza watercolor brush pens.  I then added a quote from my stash.  Here is a picture of the art journal page I created.

Art Haul, Play & Art Journal Page "Do What You Can"

Hello creative friends.  I hope everyone is having a good week.  My week is going well.  This week I have a bit of a longer video where I share some supplies that I bought, played with some supplies, talk about some of my thought process and complete an art journal page.  The art journal page I created in my Dina Wakley mixed media journal using a new stencil and a new stamp, some stencils from my stash, acrylic paint, a tag and ephemera from my stash.  I used one of the canvas pages and used my new stencil to create a boarder on this page, then used other stencils to add color and pattern to the background.  I then stamped an image on card stock using my new stamp set and glued that to my page. I found a quote in my stash that I glued to a tag and then glued that to my page as well.  Here is a picture of the art journal page I created.
And here is the video showing my art haul and how I created this page.
Let me know what you think about the longer video.  I typically speed up my videos and narrate them, but decided to make a longer video and show more of my thought process and have fun.  I like the way this page turned out and had a lot of fun creating it.  Thank you for stopping by and watching my video.  Until next time, Happy Creating.
